    Osteoporosis is caused due to lack of walking and jumping and running. It is also age related disease. All this can be overcome provided more blood is sent to the brain. This will activate the nervous system that can make the body feel fresh by this action. This I have experienced in my body. For Example How a spiritual person be without food for three days by drinking water to sooth the body quench. The Spiritual person purely send more blood to the Brain that makes him feel fit.
